    Independent lab for open-source ML and agent infrastructure. Quiet by design - the work shows up in code, not press releases.

    • Routism (Python, FastAPI, Docker): self-hosted, OpenAI-compatible conductor for coding agents. Plans each request, fans it out to up to five user-owned models, then scores, merges, and verifies the answers. Keys stay local.
    • Superpowers (agent skills, Python): audited seven Claude Code skills and found several reporting success without checking anything, like a leak check hard-coded to SECURE. Fixed each with a regression test in a new 90-test suite.

    Upstream fixes across agent CLIs, Kubernetes security tooling, scientific Python, and cloud SDKs - crashes, silent failures, and lost logs where they actually hurt users.

    • NVIDIA NemoClaw (TypeScript): eight merged PRs to NVIDIA's sandboxed-agent CLI. channels status rejected every no-wait call, onboarding re-applied a retired channel's egress preset, a one-second probe budget hid the scope-upgrade hint, and an unknown live E2E target passed with zero tests.
    • Kubescape (CNCF, Go): --skip-controls silently dropped every control sharing a rule with the skipped one; selection is now per control. Also a warning when --output-dir is ignored for file-based reports.

    • Kyverno (CNCF, Go): a 159-commit replay harness showed 103 of 327 conformance runs had lost their logs to GitHub's 90-day expiry. Merged a fix so failure issues record which matrix jobs failed.
    • Apache Spark (Scala): checksums for push-based merged shuffle chunks, so a corrupt chunk is diagnosed instead of silently falling back. In review.
    • MDAnalysis (Python): the MOL2 reader now pulls unit-cell size from CRYSIN records, plus ASV benchmarks for hydrogen-bond analysis and the PDB and XYZ readers.
    • AWS CLI (Python): fixed a NameError that crashed shorthand-parse error messages, shipped in v1.45.34. A configure get fix for section values is in review.
    • Also: sktime/skbase maintenance fixes, a Claude Code triage script that exited silently under set -euo pipefail, Cartography Route53 DNS-to-IP edges, Google migration-planner logging, and a SakanaAI reward-averaging fix.
